BitBat Terms & Conditions — Everything Explained in Plain English

BitBat (bitbat.best) is an online betting and gaming platform operated under a licensed gaming authority. By registering or using this platform, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions.

These terms form the legal basis of the relationship between BitBat and its members. They apply in the event of any dispute. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are advised not to use BitBat.

• These terms may be updated at any time — any changes will be announced on the site.
• Continuing to use the site will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
• The Bengali version of these terms shall be considered the authoritative document.
• BitBat staff are not authorized to make any verbal commitments beyond what is stated in these terms.

Opening an account at BitBat requires meeting a few key conditions. These conditions are in place for your own protection.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. You may be required to submit a National ID, passport, or birth registration certificate as proof of age.
• One account: Each person may hold only one account. If the same individual or multiple members of the same household open more than one account from the same device or address, this constitutes a violation of our rules.
• Accurate information: All information provided at registration must be completely accurate. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time.
• KYC Verification: A full KYC (Know Your Customer) process must be completed before withdrawals can be made. This may require proof of identity and payment method.
• Password Security: Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited.

The KYC process is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours. BitBat's team assists throughout the verification process and can provide guidance in Bengali if needed.

BitBat's financial transaction policies are clear and designed to protect the interests of all members.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 across all methods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Payment Method: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL), bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and select cryptocurrencies.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Mobile banking: 5–15 minutes; bank transfer: 1–4 business hours; card: 1–3 business days.
• Withdraw via the Same Method: Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit, unless BitBat approves otherwise.
• Withdraw to Your Own Account: Withdrawals will always be sent to the account registered in the member's own name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

BitBat does not charge any hidden fees. However, your payment provider (such as bKash or your bank) may apply their own fees — this is outside BitBat's control.

BitBat has a set of core betting rules that apply to all members.

• No changes after a bet is confirmed: Once you click the "Confirm Bet" button, the bet is final. Cancellation or modification is generally not possible.
• Odds changes: Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds in effect at the moment the bet is confirmed will apply.
• Maximum Payout: Each betting market has a maximum payout limit. Single bets pay out up to ৳5,00,000 and accumulators up to ৳20,00,000.
• In case of match cancellation: If a match does not start or is cancelled, the related bet is voided and the stake is refunded.
• In the case of incorrect odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, BitBat reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Betting limits: BitBat reserves the right to adjust any member's betting limits — particularly when unusual betting patterns are identified.

BitBat's bonus offers are designed to give members more value — however, they come with certain conditions you should be aware of beforehand.

• Rollover Requirement: Each bonus comes with specific rollover requirements — typically you must wager the bonus amount 5 to 30 times. The exact terms are stated in the respective bonus offer.
• Bonus validity period: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus balance is automatically removed once the validity period ends.
• Withdrawing from bonuses: Withdrawal from the bonus balance is not permitted until the rollover requirement has been met.
• Qualifying Bet: Some bonuses require bets to be placed at a minimum qualifying odds. Typically, bets at odds of 1.5 or above will qualify.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses generally cannot be combined simultaneously. Any exceptions will be stated in the offer itself.
• Referral Bonus: The referral bonus is credited when a referred friend opens a BitBat account and makes their first deposit. Referring yourself or using fake accounts to claim referrals is strictly prohibited.

BitBat reserves the right to modify or discontinue any ongoing promotion at any time. However, the terms of a bonus already active will not be changed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BitBat. Any violation may result in permanent account closure.

• Multiple Accounts: No individual may open or operate more than one account.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing bets artificially to meet bonus requirements, or attempting to withdraw immediately after claiming a bonus, is prohibited.
• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to exploit odds differences across platforms for risk-free profit is not permitted.
• Fraud & Hacking: Any attempt at technical manipulation or fraud of any kind.
• Third-party funds: Placing bets using someone else's funds or transacting through a third-party payment account is not permitted.
• Money Laundering: Using the betting platform as a channel for money laundering is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
• Underage Accounts: Creating or managing an account on behalf of anyone under the age of 18.

An account may be closed for two reasons — either at the member's own request or by a decision made by BitBat.

• Closed at Member's Request: You can request account closure at any time by contacting support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
• Self-Exclusion: As part of responsible gaming, members can self-exclude for a period ranging from 6 months to permanent closure. While self-exclusion is active, opening a new account or receiving bonus offers will not be possible.
• Suspended by BitBat's Decision: If a terms violation is suspected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
• Permanent Closure: In cases of serious terms violations, an account may be permanently closed. In such cases, any bonus balance may be forfeited, though a process will be initiated to refund any genuine deposit funds.

If an account is suspended, the member will be notified by email and given the opportunity to appeal.

BitBat strives to provide the highest standard of reliable service. However, there are certain limitations to BitBat's liability that members should be aware of.

• Technical disruptions: BitBat is not liable if a bet fails to go through due to server downtime or connectivity issues. However, the stake will be refunded in such cases.
• Third-Party Services: BitBat is not liable for issues arising from payment gateways or any other third-party services.
• Betting Decisions: BitBat is not responsible for the outcome of members' own betting decisions. Always bet at your own risk.
• External events: BitBat is not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government orders, or other force majeure events.

If you have a dispute with BitBat, please follow the process outlined below.

• Step 1 — Contact Support: For any issue, contact the support team first. Support is available via live chat, email, or phone. Most issues are resolved at this stage.
• Step Two — Formal Complaint: If the support team is unable to resolve your issue, submit a formal complaint to support@bitbat.best. An official response will be provided within 72 hours.
• Step Three — Regulatory Authority: If you are not satisfied with BitBat's resolution, you may escalate your complaint to the licensing authority. Contact details will be provided upon request.

BitBat is committed to handling all disputes fairly and honestly. Members' legitimate claims are always taken seriously.

• Data collection: Necessary data is collected for account management, KYC verification, and service improvement.
• Sharing with third parties: Member data is not sold to third parties except where required by law or requested by a licensing authority.

• Data Deletion Request: After account closure, members may request deletion of their data. However, certain information may need to be retained for a specified period due to legal obligations.
